![]() Sealed, chrome tuners were added at some point-look good and work well. Soundhole rosette, tortoise pickguard and fully adjustable mahogany neck. Block pearl inlays and mother of pearl headstock logo. Solid spruce top w/ solid indian Rosewood back and sides. Rosewood board, headstock overlay and bridge. Back in its day it sold for over $500! Has 3 piece back with ornate herringbone style back pattern extending down accross lower end pin on bottom of guitar. Is definately a higher end guitar for its time. Guitar was manufactured at the now famous Matsukomu factory in Japan. A little wear on the frets is all( still in great shape). Guitar is in great condition w/ a couple smaller dings on the top (see pics) and very light, thin scratches on back/ light has to be just right to see them. onboard pickup system w/ full eq, notch, presence, mid-tune, eq status, low battery led and volume slider. Try and find one of these, anywhere! An 80's electrics system was added when guitar was ordered and delivered by local shop. Note Some noticed that the saddle is leaning toward the sound hole-my luthier said it was made that way from the factory-the bridge slot is angled and the saddle is made to fit that way, again from the factory./ the action is set at 1/16th" at the nut and 3/16th" at 12th fret.nice action w/ no buzz.Really nice, Rare MIJ 1980's Aria Pro II TW-43T 12 string Acoustic guitar w/ modern softcase. ![]()
